People woth randomised usernames are usually trolls or bad faith accounts because they want to make it harder for their accounts to be found by using randomised usernames
Me thinks this is McDonald’s pr staff doing this intentionally so someone would them notice the “mistake” and post it on social media and end up advertising then for free
Sockpuppet accounts selectively posting articles to sway a opinion about a country or person/s?
