I saw plenty of women on Bumble, when the women had to message first, that had “I don’t message first” in their bio. I gave up on the apps. They are the worst thing on the planet for your self esteem and mental health.

Best way would probably to be properly diagnosed. There’s a lot of overlap between different disorders and it’s probably not the best to try and diagnose yourself. The Internet can be really harsh at times so relying on social media for validation probably isn’t going to help anything. Keep level headed, nonjudgmental people close to you.

Humanity is shades of gray. Most people don’t do 100% morally and ethically good things or 100% morally and ethically bad things. Likewise it’s probably a small minority of people that are evil and strive to be as evil as possible at all times.
