Thats it i opened instagram and after not opening for 2 years, all i can see is stupid AI crap. there is nothing else, i search for game dev tag, still ai crap.
this is feeling like dead internet.
I decided i will not include anything from AI in the game i develop, i will make it fully old school.
There was this one gamedev I got along with because he was one of the few repeat participants in MonoGamJam, and I went out of my way to review and support his work. And then he just started using AI for everything. Broke my heart.
Good games are made without text / image generators slop
Yeah a lot of corpo social media became wholly unusable if you don’t have a very tightly curated feed (at which point I’d argue one might be addicted to social media)

Everything you could ask a LLM for is already in a library. It’s pointless to use.
