Toss in some Greek yogurt, maybe some honey or maple syrup for flavor and sweetness, and it is freakin’ delicious. And if you’re interested, it’ll make you regular as all hell.

Some things, like sweet stuff or milk, might do more than just soak overnight. But yeah, I used to eat muesli this way: Grind up a mix of grains, and soak it.
