    LOL. I guess I’m talking about jobs where people do things in their work that requires skill and judgement, and have responsibilities.

    If you can take sick leave at any time and people can just follow the procedures in your absence then you don’t have that kind of job.

      You literally cannot conceive having this ability, respect, and level of power as an employee in the workplace. That’s the you problem

      Trying to denigrate me and my work role as a consequence is also a you problem.

      Neither are my concern.

        Oh man. I’m not trying to denigrate you, but it is kind of comical that you’re trying to convince an internet stranger how respected and powerful you are at work. You might want to get that looked at.
