Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced late Saturday that it had closed the Strait of Hormuz after firing at and hitting a commercial ship in the critical waterway.
Absolutely insane that every time I read what Iran is doing in relation to this conflict, my reaction is along the lines of “Yeah, that makes perfect sense.”
The same Iran that sentences women to enough lashes to die three times over for not wearing a hijab. It’s split into as many sessions as needed for the woman to survive, but it’s just as fucked up anyway.
