You used to be able to just google and find this kind of stuff. E.g. here you might google that username and find this other document. Of course it doesn’t mean that the author of that document is in fact the same user, like you say someone else could have planted that document to make the OP look bad.

I mean, data leaks have happened on Twitter. So, I’d assume they just acquired that data from the leaked information.
Someone, probably an ex employee of Twitter, leaked a shit ton of data a couple of years ago
