Hes an asshole. Piece of shit is accurate but it also in our currenty day conjures ideas and feelings of the vilest things, but hes not a pedophile or something.
Hes also been accused of sexism, physical abuse of his staff, and the constant humiliation and verbal abuse is not a reality tv gimmick (would argue its still not ok there anyways)
