Speed camera. Those take picture when you’re speeding so faking one can confuse drivers. I don’t know if the cop got mad, looks like he just wants to check what’s going on.

Pretending to be one of those red light cameras with a flash. Don’t know why cop thought slamming on the brakes was worth that.
I believe that traffic cameras are designed to not blind you at night. At least in my neck of the woods they are. Meaning that at night the flash is mostly infrared with a small component of visible red light.

He candidated to the last local elections in France but didn’t campaign as he has no interest in being elected. He took part in the debates and all but was trying to make it a show, and that turned out really awkward imo…
