The Hungarian prime minister concedes to Péter Magyar, who is set to win a supermajority in the 199-seat parliament.
Magyar is just proposing a modification of the constitution (well, it’s not literally called the constitution, but imagine something similar) so that nobody can be the prime minister for more than 2 terms.
