I’m sorry, let me correct my statement then. At no point did I have a vote in the selection of any of those democratic candidates, my rubber stamp vote for Biden did not select Kamala. There was no alternative for Spanberger, and my city just straight up cancelled their Dem primaries this year. There is a uncomfortably wide and long-running pattern of the field clearing for the party candidate before the question is put to the voters.
