The only people confirmed to have been dancing in the streets in response to 9/11 were confirmed mossad agents. Israel tried to show videos of Muslims and Arabs celebrating the attacks, but all of them were people actually celebrating sports teams or weddings.
I was thinking more the ‘Anything against the west is good’ types, but yeah Mossad was probably pretty pleased with how things played out.
