    Yeah, I bought an Eco-Drive 10 years ago and it’s still working great. I never have to worry about it, it just works. I’ve bought two more since, the very cheapest basic model I could find (BM-8180 https://ebay.io/m/wZhDp4), and a fancier dressier one (CA-4553 https://ebay.io/m/TbSiJ5). My original GN-4W-S has taken a real beating over a decade, the glass and body are scratched all to hell, it’s been dropped and banged against door frames &etc. It doesn’t seem to mind, still keeping time like it did brand new.

    If you want a watch that just does its job and doesn’t really need anything from you, the Citizen Eco-Drive models are great.
