Those things are pretty strong, they don’t just break when falling over. Chances are the cyclist would still lose. Better replace it with a landmine, or something else that really explodes when getting hit.
Ackshully, the explosive in claymore mines is C4, so they’re pretty impact resistant. They let us Marines play with them, so they’ve gotta handle mistreatment.
Just got to rig up a lever to the trigger and you might even stop the car before impact. I imagine that’d give the bike a bit of a shove too, so maybe you need one on the other side too, to balance the forces.
