Trump is just the USA unwrapped, it’s all the horrors without the paint on it. I’m hoping him being elected will get those on the fence to realize the system is bad and start voting in primaries.

As for your beliefs, if you want to incorrectly label yourself conservative, go ahead. Just know it’s incorrect and you’re choosing the sides of Reagan, Thatcher, Bushes, and Trump doing so.

I only label Myself as conservative when it’s funny. I’m actually an anarcho-antirealist. You can read My manifesto at https://soulism.net/. Also, I want to warn you that hoping a fascist government will radicalise people to the left is technically accelerationism, and practically almost always wrong. Remember the disastrous “after Hitler, our turn” line from the German communists. Fascism doesn’t make people more leftist, it makes them more scared and hurt. Scared and hurt people make for bad revolutionaries. “Hard times make strong men” is wrong. In fact, it’s fascist propaganda that you’re at risk of falling for.

The USA was always fascist, ask any person of color or marginalized group, especially LGBT+ people from the 60s-90s. Anyone who thinks otherwise has not paid attention.

My neighbors are being disappeared off the streets, food is more expensive and more rotted, and a little less than half my blood relatives argue for my genocide. Back when there was at least a little friction in the government against the fascist factions, it felt like there was a guarantee of a minimum standard of living that just doesn’t exist now.

Less time for organizing. It’s hard enough to keep myself sustained. I’ve been interacting with my community less half out of fear and half out of exhaustion. Plus there’s this war that’s going to be syphoning everyone’s attention and resources now too. The revolution will be more difficult, more violent, and less likely with the new regime. I don’t think my lessened quality of life is worth whatever peace of mind non-voters get from acting like they aren’t living within the system they claim to oppose.
