It depends on my mental health. During certain periods, it’s every day. Other periods, nothing for a month or so. The worse my mental condition, the more I watch. Not that I pretend to know what the “real” or “correct” way to watch porn is, but I only ever use it as a coping mechanism. It helps me escape reality for a few minutes. Recently, I have begun trying to limit my consumption, because I don’t really want to escape reality. As of today, I haven’t watched anything for about two weeks.
Same. If I’m at home trying to sleep I will genuinely have a panic attack without it. It’s the only thing that strongly occupies my attention enough to prevent a panic attack from setting in (that I can do while in bed)

I would poke around “romantasy” style fiction books. There’s a lot of erotica in there and a pretty large fan base.
I think I’ve conditioned myself to the point where it’s it’s pretty rare I go a day without watching at least one thing. Doesn’t mean I always DO anything while watching, but that’s an answer for another question.
My wife and I used to watch porn very often. Nowadays it’s almost never. I cannot speak for her but for me the fakeness of it all became very cringey for me. Now, if I do watch, I stick to Lustery. It’s probably been years. I prefer to read my porn. My brain just can’t get around the fact that so much porn is non consensual, there’s a lot of human trafficking, and even the ones who do consent aren’t usually being paid well. And there’s not a very good way to sus out the more ethical to the less ethical porn. Also the second someone starts obviously faking things, it ruins everything for me so, reading it is just significantly easier for me.
