Getting angry gets people mobilized, and it lets “the other side” know we’re not happy with their decisions and won’t take their shit. Telling people to “calm down and stop being emotional”, especially over a resurgence of literal slavery, is asinine and unproductive.
well, mud-throwing certainly typically keeps me away from interacting. i suspect it has the same effect on a lot of other people. so i try to communicate without the mud-throwing in it.
getting angry hurts you and helps noone- we need meaningful statements; emotional bashing was a mistake.
