Before anyone goes vouching for this guy, my understanding is that he didn’t see Kirk as pure enough ideologically, IE he wasn’t Nazi enough.
He doesn’t need to be a saint for it to be apparent he’s a fall guy. Based on what the FBI has told us it’s obvious this guy didn’t do it.
