If opp can’t know where to sign up to vote and feel safe to do so, many won’t be able to vote. Hide the solution in a sea of bad solutions and it doesn’t matter that it exists, you’ve effectively disabled the real solution.

Agreed. But that’s on there 6 times. One IDF.org at equal size, but separated in a different color or italicized would be better heirarchy, and be more clear and keep that repetition idea intact. And then the explainer can be split up, so the good part is also emphasized more, under the good address.
At the moment every piece of the good info is buried.
I think the most important information is clear. I don’t think they care about driving traffic to their site, just about protecting voters.
