I know very little about Ed Sheeran, but I did see him in a clip from the Graham Norton show where a comedian said that people sometimes mistake him for Ed Sheeran.
Ed Sheeran only asked him whether the mistake had ever gotten him laid, and that fairly “rapey” comment, insinuating that it would be normal to have sex with a woman who thought you were somebody else… That comment is really the basis for me having no interest in Ed Sheeran the person.
And Trump was joking too when he saw a 10 year old girl and told her he’d be dating her in 10 years. That doesn’t save him from the criticism that only a pedophile would say something like that. You can tell a lot about what a person thinks about by what topic they bring up, even if they frame it as a joke. And you can tell a lot about a person by what sorts of things they’re willing to defend, which is why this is me done with you.
