Oh buddy. In a discussion about basic reading comprehension you’re confused because not everything’s literally spelled out and you had to comprehend a message. I mean ouch.
No that’s a “I would expect someone with basic reading comprehension to have understood that when they used Star Wars or Marvel as an example they meant a big universe that spawns a myriad of stories and acts as a cultural touchstone.” But since you couldn’t parcel that out fir yourself I am now quite sad for you. Stiff upper lip there champ.
Yes obviously. Game of Thrones is a good example of that. It’s why the original post could have used that as their example instead of Star Wars or Marvel. Because the example wasn’t the point. Don’t know many ways I have to say that until you get it. Just circling around that reading comprehension issue aren’t we?
The image is predicting a new Star Wars will emerge within our lifetimes. A new Star Wars, Game of Thrones (which is an objectively newer original IP), has emerged within our lifetimes. It is not based on a 50+ year old IP. You agree with all of this.
Someone (many people, in fact) then make this exact argument in the comments, but instead of agreeing with them you declare that everyone else has missed the point and only you are smart enough to see it. You never actually explain what it is that you’re seeing differently, and under questioning deflect with a series of irrelevant ad hominem arguments.
Please screenshot the bit where it says “a new massive universe”.

So that’s a no…? You can’t?

You just described Game of Thrones lol
