    The issue with probiotics, at least to my understanding, is that there’s no point taking them unless you’re aware of what type you’re deficient/unbalanced in. I’ve previously looked at research for probiotics after antibiotics but they concluded there wasn’t value in just whacking any probiotic down.

        Just a quick search article I found here Effectively states that probiotics don’t have a meaningful change on gut biome, however more research needed to identify meaningful strains and ranges.

    Further to my message on today’s random thread. Probiotic yoghurt can give you huuuuuge amounts of gas, something I did not know and discovered all Sunday night and all day Monday.

    Edit. Just realised that it doesn’t actually directly involve Brisbane. Well apart from the extra methane disturbing the Ozone layer that is.

      I flew out this morning for work and I was wondering what that brown haze was over the city.
