Aside from a few salient points (Trump is an idiot and Iran is playing him for a fool, which most savvy foreign leaders do quite easily) this WSJ agitator is trying to goad tRump into further attacks against Iran. He’s pushing our Dear Leader to continue the war, to look for violence and perhaps towiden the US involvement in Middle Eastern affairs. Fuck that and fuck him. Yes, it’s amusing to see someone try to humiliate Donnie Bonespurs publicly and watch the immediate reactionary bluster from Tel-a-Viv-a-Lago, but we do not need anymore of this bullshit in The Gulf.

Ehhh I wish more news companies would get under his skin and raise his blood pressure. I can’t imagine it would take a whole lot more than just press mocking him relentlessly for him to stroke out and wither away into dust from all the salt.

Was watching Daredevil: Born Again last night. And to avoid spoilers to the degree possible: a dude in power sat and watched helplessly as crowds and allies turned and conspired against him. What I wouldn’t give to be a fly on the wall in that moment for Trump. Well, let’s say the ceiling to avoid hamburder projectiles.

He’s so narcissistic and delusional that this is the way. I think Iran’s videos really got to him, and the pressure of not being hated, but mocked is what’s going to end him.

Mockery is our most powerful tool against him. He has an ego and rages against being called a fool.

That’s very wasteful, there’s still an awful lot of them and 9mm rounds emit noxious fumes into the atmosphere. We invented guillotines specifically for this purpose because they’re completely reusable, they are the environmentally friendly choice.

Lex had an actual teacher as Secretary of Education.

He put all his holdings into a blind trust.

                He never visited Epstein Island.

No, I meant that Lex legitimately thought his actions were in the best interests of the people, basically doing wrong things with good intentions.

The part that confuses so many people about the behavior of Trump and friends is that the people are trying to logic it as them wanting to do the right thing and getting it wrong, but don’t realize that hurting people was always the goal.

Trump is more of a classic villain who only wants power for self benefit.

Lol I dunno maybe it’s just because we’re mostly good people or what, but I’m legit surprised the Internet hasn’t just cyberbullied him to death at this point. Massive “truthsocial” sock puppet accounts hammering every single post.

“Lol kys you dumb child-molesting idiot. No one cares.”

“Lmfao look at this witless tool going all-caps AGAIN.”

Maybe they do and it just pushes his reactionary god-complex further, idk.

      I’ve tried…

But I just can’t understand how anyone would logically come to that conclusion.

Are you really saying journalists can’t criticize trump for acting crazy because he’d act crazy?

There’s got to be something I’m missing here, because there’s no way that’s a popular opinion.

Have you tried to read the article maybe?

“In a separate article, Kaufman argued recently that Iran’s regime had “swindled” Trump three times – repeatedly promising to reopen the strait before closing it again to extract further concessions from Washington.”

That’s a twist on the facts. Iran didn’t swindle Trump or extract concessions, their closing of the strait is in self defense in direct response to Trump’s illegal war, the slaughtering of their children, the destruction of their infrastructure, the assassination of their leaders, and the threats to kill an entire civilization.

Kaufman is not arguing that Trump is an idiot, they’re arguing that Trump is not attacking Iran good enough.

They’re not criticizing Trump for acting crazy, they’re criticizing him for extending a cease-fire. Trump is obviously a crazy piece of shit who needs to be removed for a million different reasons, but keeping this cease-fire going isn’t one of them.

Call your representatives. Demand they invoke the 25th amendment or Article 2 Section 4 of the US Constitution. Demand they remove an obviously demented and incompetent President from office.

We should also be demanding that US troops are withdrawn from the strait of Hormuz and that we work with our non-Israeli allies to reach a multilateral agreement with the government of Iran to reopen the strait and guarantee everyone’s security. Removing Donald is necessary to stop things from getting even worse but just doing that alone and allowing the other idiots in DC to go back to business as usual isn’t going to clean up this mess he created.

Congress can’t invoke the 25th, that’s for the Cabinet or the President himself. Congress only steps in if the Cabinet declares the President is unable to preform his duties and the President contests the decision.

Not true. In addition to the Cabinet, the 25th Amendment also provides for Congress to appoint a committee to do this in cooperation with the Vice President, and this process was started by Rep. Jamie Raskin on April 14.

Here’s the actual text of the relevant section of the 25th from Wikipedia:

Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments [the Cabinet] or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

I mean the reality is neither Trump nor Netanyahu is trustworthy enough to do a deal with. Look at how Trump blew up his own trade deal with Canada. Netanyahu has never entered a ceasefire he hasn’t immediately blown up.

You’re looking at the two floppiest pieces of shit to ever lead countries and if you want to end the Trump-Netanyahu-Iran war you have to remove those two fuckwits from office.
