If both parties promise the same thing, then it isn’t really a democracy, it’s a single party dictatorship with multiple personality disorder.

I mean, it’s the Israeli special so yeah probably. but at the same time, it doesn’t seem like Iran seriously expects them to agree to it either, so they’re at least prepared for the sudden but inevitable betrayal.
