That is just the US legal definition and it is very flawed.
Freedom of speech, more broadly, is the ability to express an opinion without fear of retaliation. This implies constraints on social organizations of all sizes.
Freedom of speech should also be compatible with the paradox of intolerance (unless intolerance is chosen to be socially accepted), which implies censorship at many levels.
exercise is something you have to already have a passion for to keep it up.
The trick is to think the other way around: something that could be a passion and involves exercise. It can be about the looks, the wins, the pain, the endorphins, for others it’s about adrenalin, being in the flow, or natural sceneries, playing a game…

In any court, there is a principle called ‘Judicial Notice’ (Federal Rule of Evidence 201). It requires the court to accept ‘Common Knowledge’ and ‘Common Sense’ as facts.
I don’t even know how this is applied / applicable.
Common knowledge and facts include global warming needs to be stopped, imperialism is bad, war crimes are crimes, money and power concentration are bad…
They are here to enforce the rules.
