I think there should be more focus on what politicians stand to represent, their history, their associations, and what they voted for.
Policy changes are extremely important as well, but it gotten more and more complicated over time. Sounds good on paper, but turns out to be a market grab for corpos.

On a serious note, add MSG to most of your food it will help you eat more food. Condiments with everything, specifically mayo, I like kewpie mayo. Olive oil with with things like hummus. Bread with butter (and Marmite, if you like it, for b group vitamins). Bacon. White rice and beans. Avoid sugars. Focus on specific workout zone areas.

Honestly, learning things one way kind of sticks with you. I’ve also done a lot more —I wouldn’t say advanced— maybe just above basic stuff in excel that I just don’t want to relearn how to do it differently; like making auto-fill using a csv database, and yes I’m lazy but hey I only worked 2 hours out of an 8 hour day.

Depends on where you’re at; anger? High levels of CO2 cause that. The fun factor about global warming that isn’t often discussed. Having parking lots of cars at stop lights makes this worse. It gets worse when stores cut back on AC and filtration.
