Firearms are known to last over a hundred years and can be rebuilt, they don’t just magically go away when sales stop.
And as I mentioned in another comment, In the United States firearms don’t have to be registered, as far as I know this applies federally, this may differ per state, how do you plan to track something with no traceability?

Wild that I thought a difficulty of 4 was reasonable when I set up Anubis on my reverse proxy.

Slams hand on the underside of the table on the first attempt.

Quick search indicates 342 million people in the United States according to their census, i tried to find the total amount of American citizens but that statistics doesn’t appear easy to find, if we divide it in half and say 171 million US citizens who all potentially own 1 maybe 2 maybe 5 maybe 10 firearms, even if the laws were to change federally at any point do you think every citizen is going to comply?
Even the Canadian government struggles confiscating firearms from licensed owners, and that’s closer to 2 million firearms now prohibited, I can’t imagine how Americans would handle it.

Finamp is worth it if you’re looking for a music player behind Jellyfin, offline downloads and capable of transcoding the files down to AAC to save on storage usage.
For the Xbox 360 apparently.

Ever since they introduced Jackal then Nøkk the game lost its charm for me, I paid $50 for a semi-realistic FPS, while I turned a blind eye to IQ and Finka (and a few others) I never liked the idea of going invisible and seeing people’s footprints.
I bought the chibis of the original characters, purchased every elite skin offered, that’s how much I enjoyed the game.
Ubisoft lost a customer, and will likely not see me again until I see Linux support for their games.

Been on Lemmy for almost 2 years, that instance and the people who joined it always felt “off” to me, I’m glad I recently set up a Lemmy instance of my own because that de-federate button will likely come in handy shortly.

196 has a very clear stance on tankies and other authoritarians.

I don’t know about you, but /c/onehundredninetysix@lemmy.blahaj.zone might have an authoritarian problem.

Roll back Bill C21, you may gain a chunk of the 2.5 millions folks who legally own firearms and aren’t conservative.
Bought an Asus TUF laptop back in 2020? Maybe 2021, had a Ryzen 3750H and a 1660ti, at first it was great and was an improvement from my previous laptop but unfortunately barely lasted a year before the fan bearings started to give out and made terrible sounds, even after replacing the fans they barely lasted a month before going back to the horrid noises.
The thing struggles to keep itself cool. Doesn’t matter if it’s running Debian or Windows it was horrible to do literally anything without getting frustrated.
Eventually upgraded and gave it to a buddy who didn’t have a computer, thing still sucks as a daily driver and I definitely wouldn’t trust it in a server environment. The sounds of those fans still haunt me to this day.
Why is this a long code block? Quoting would’ve likely fit the markdown more suitably.
Our government supplies us with a map already. No need for a third party.
Liberals wants to criminalize me for my hobby, NDP want to criminalize me for my hobby, Green Party wants to criminalize me for my hobby, leaves only 1 party for me to vote for.
I can be a stereotypical conservative and say “go back to your own country if you don’t like it”, but instead what I’ll suggest to you is taking a breather and reconsider how you’re acting.
You can do better chief.

Why was he allowed to leave the country while in an active court challenge?
The discharge on Wednesday comes after the July 13 hearing was rescheduled when the offender did not appear in person that day, and instead attended virtually from Switzerland. This comes after he pleaded guilty last year to the charges of the assault.
“I made the presumption that Henschel would be present, to be sentenced, and like everyone else, I was shocked that he didn’t come,” Brent Patterson, Shut Down CANSEC campaign organizer and the executive director of Peace Brigades International-Canada, said outside the courthouse.
“It seemed both of the lawyers, also, did not have any prior warning, and so it did seem disrespectful of the Court, disrespectful of the process, disrespectful of the family and everyone who had gathered to bring this to some conclusion.”

I am under a NDA, all I will say is that the amount of wasted money is absurd.

Forced labor? I mean they aren’t wrong, you either work or struggle to make ends meet, but the US is no different. Out of all the planets in the galaxy we get the one with taxes.
