Sometimes finding a specific label leads you to acknowledge certain misgivings you have with your current life/path, which you haven’t noticed before. And thus give you a chance for improving your quality of life down the line. But certain labels come with a lot of baggage, which may hinder any progress and its easy to be stuck in the loop…
