As I said before, Mandarin is a constructed language that was developed relatively recently, very unlike Russian. The vast majority of people in China do not learn Mandarin as their first language. That includes most of China’s political leaders. You’re basically trying to suggest that these people want to destroy their own regional languages and culture which is just absurd.
