I don’t get any result searching the same time range for Israel. I do get some results in random other countries. Worldwide only shows US. It seems to be somewhat random.
Might be how a country/regional service date stamps its metadata relative to how Google Analytics converts it to a result. Exactly 12 h sounds more like a conversion issue.

So the WHCD started at 7 PM Eastern Time. Searches for Cole Allen started around 7:15 Eastern Time in Israel according to Google Trends. I have no idea why your graph looks so different from mine. I don’t even have the option to get the same timespan, last 24h or last 7 days is the most granular I can get. On the 7d view, the two little blips don’t exist or are so small as to be invisible.
