I’ve been wanting to find that sweet spot for a while, but it’s hard to tell from only my perspective what’s best buy I’m think no deodorant but wash everyday
I’ve never regularly worn deodorant. Daily shower works for me.
I take really long showers and feel wasteful if I’m having one everyday but I need something other wise it builds up fast, I think I might be on the right track when I notice myself as “spicy”(for some reason) and not skunky
