Anybody know where to find it? It’s not on the bay or any of my usual sources, and general web searches are only turning up news articles about this, not actual torrent links.

Sadly reddit, but for sailing penguins:

But seems to have stuttering issues for some people.

Is it good? Well if you liked the past games it does some things better. Mostly the map is great. There seems to be a bit more of a progression path.

I’m not the biggest fan of the series and lot of issues since the third title are still present(just some unsorted things after like 2 hours with horrible stuttering which obviosly tainted the experience):

    • Horrible writing, voiceacting, cutscenes even for racing game standards which are very low.
    • Cutscenes arent skipable
    • Onboarding and forced tutorials are treating you like an absolute moron
    • Muted voices/gps voices arent always muted
    • Simulation steering is still skuffed and feels like shit
    • The color profile/post processing had a regression like Forza Motorsport 8/'23. It looks so much worse/duller than in FH4/5 or FM7.
    • I remember past titles having pretty good AA options. Now its TAA/FSR/XESS/DLSS only. I dont like temporal solutions. Maybe you can inject FSR4 on older cards for acceptable results. The TAA implementation is pretty good for beeing TAA. But its still TAA.
    • One of the starter cars having that awful standard forza body kit is fucking laughable.
    • I dont want to comment on the performance on a cracked pre release build running via proton. But imho its not as impressive as FH5 optimizationwise but still pretty good.
    • Still not a fan of the drivatards
    • I’m so sick of the festival setting
    • So many reused cars, missing cars from previous versions which we will probably see in future dlcs
    • The map feels big. Its not insanely bigger than mexico like the pre-release marketing may have implied. But its a pretty good improvement. Buuut, i really like urban street racing and Tokyo feels like a tiny village. Cities were always small in FH titles. But driving through the entirety of tokyo in like under 2 minutes feels just comical.

Idk, if you are unsure then there is no need to rush i guess. Like wait for the proper reviews of people you trust instead of my unsorted ramblings.
