That’s okay, conservatives want the blonde at home and in media, but they actually prefer to mack on women from outside their ranks as those are often perceived as more interesting and fun.
Obviously it’s more complicated than only this one thing, but the most compelling theory I’ve heard about it basically goes: if you want to be a prominent woman in the maga movement you have to prove that you accept that you are inferior and not threatening to the men, by playing up this extreme and debasing kind of hyper femininity. Still, I got curious and looked it up: the most notable things lately were that he got disbarred two years ago, got injured in a car wreck last year, and had a bad case of pneumonia last month (unfortunately, he apparently recovered).
