I see no evidence of lazy bones activity.
ACAB
We don’t have parking for the police in Canada. But we do have parking for pregnant women, and disabled people. Plus, the grocery store I use has a solution for the carts.
There is reserved police parking at Fairview Mall in Toronto, Ontario .
If I was a minimum wage worker and had to work 30 minutes more at night putting those shopping carts in their place, I would be annoyed until I get home but then be fine with it.
Looks like people are doing the same thing to the handicapped spot behind it. The locals are chaotic and have no gods.
I will judge you if you don’t return your shopping cart to the proper place. This seems to be a proper place.
You just have to be an asshole?
Yes, but only towards other assholes (:
What about the workers whose job it is to put the carts where they belong? This hurts them too.
I always park in the “Online Pickup” or “Coffee Customer” or “Uber Eats” spots.
Fuck you. I’m spending money are your store.
I remember one parking lot had a parking lot Nazi. When I parked in one of the Uber Eats spots he came up and said "I don’t see any sticker indicating you work for one of the pickup apps. I said I didn’t. He said I had to move. I said “Let’s see if you can get a tow truck here before I get back out and leave” and walked inside. Got in and out quick and left. No tow truck in sight.
…and everyone clapped, right?
Larp on reddit.
Is everything that bothers you LARPing?
Is it that hard to wrap your smooth brain around a pretty believable scenario? I’m sure a lot of people have done what I did to parking Nazis. You just don’t go outside, so you wouldn’t know.
Not that I give a fuck whether some kid living in their parent’s house believes me, but it definitely happened. Maybe you’re just such a subservient pussy who can’t fathom standing up to someone.
Lol. Lmao, even. The hero is needlessly aggressive to a person upholding the social contract. The clapping is coming from inside your head and under your desk.
I’m not the dipshit accusing people of making up a totally normal story because I have some free time between my mother giving me a bath and making me dinner.
The only thing you’re upholding is a lower national average IQ. And the only thing making noise under my desk is your mother.

So you’re being rude and anti-social because “i’M a PaYiNg CuStOmEr”? You do realize that is basic Karen behavior right?
Why would you side with a corporation and call not doing so “anti-social”?
I’m a paying customer. Why should some other paying customer have priority over me? The fact that I’m not doing a quick pickup means I’m probably spending MORE on their products.
It’s not like I’m parking in a handicap spot.
Are you really asking me to explain to you the concept of a loading zone?
What the fuck does a loading zone have to do with priority parking spots for quick pickups? Those are two different things. Are you even posting in the right thread?
A loading zone is NOT what I’m talking about. Maybe you live in a rural area that doesn’t have the spots I’m talking about, so you just assume I’m talking about loading zones.
We all know exactly what you are talking about. In fact I see them more frequently in rural megamarts than in the city. You are just a Karen. You are wrong.
“Our business has SO MUCH CRIME INSIDE that the police have special parking” is not a message that makes me want to come inside.
I’m doing my part!
Wal-Mart was a huge generator of calls for service in my patrol area, so much so that our county government had hash things out over multiple meetings and eventually write an MOU with them to stop calling us over $20 shoplifting cases.
It’s 99% shoplifting. But the police in my area don’t use those parking spots anyway, they always park in the fire lane.
Still, they’re having to call the police so frequently that this parking space made sense to someone. Maybe there’s something about their store that needs to change. If a strip club was having to call the police every single day, they’d probably shut the place down.
I’ve seen these parking spots at every Walmart I’ve been to recently in multiple states (I go camping a lot and they’re very useful if I need any food or supplies or if I need to replace a piece of gear). It seems like corporate just made a decision to put them at every location. I have yet to see police park anywhere except the fire lane though, I once saw fifteen cop cars parked in front of my local Walmart in the fire lane, it was just they were all buying Christmas gifts to donate I found out later.
the police is cheap and if you only inform them for felony levels of shoplifting (iirc a few hundred to a thousand) you don’t have to deal with the profit reducer for a few years.
Wal-Mart is kinda the Mecca of shoplifting; it’s turbo-corporate oligarch despotism so nobody feels guilty about shoplifting from them, they’re usually located central to low income areas, and everyone assumes they don’t have the budget to have a robust loss prevention department (they do; it’s one of the most robust I’ve ever seen).
I don’t endorse not putting your cart back usually… But yeah, this is alright.
The cart return locations (pictured above) are back enough

I love this and will contribute to it going forward.
That sign does not look bolted down. 3 youths with a skateboard could recreate Iwo Jima and move it somewhere less convenient like at the bottom of a lake or wherever cops like to park and hide to print speeding tickets.
We should show a little respect for our heroes in blue and not do things like this.
eh i remember when a bank robber who stole $100 got 20 years in prison (because it was bank robbery) meanwhile a cop who shot an unarmed innocent civilian got away with a fine.
the cops are not there to protect you, they’re there to protect the banks.
A police officers time is something like 0.001% catching an actual criminal and 99.999% larping military action and harassing/threatening normal people. Sometimes it’s even misusing public funds to commit murder or stalk their ex. Theyre also much more likely to be domestically abusive.
“All cops are bastards” because the system is broken, allowing most cops to be bastards, and therefore participating in the system (even being a “good cop”) makes you, a bastard.
Am i calling the police if someone breaks into my house? Yes, after ive done all the work of removing the threat so i have a legal standpoint to file insurance claims or whatever. Thats the problem with the system. I cant trust a cop to not consider me to be the real threat or shoot me by accident.
There is no situation made safer by having a racist coward with a license to kill involved.
Enforcement of a good government is arguably good, enforcement of a bad government is unarguably bad They’re more like villain’s henchmen than heroes in the current state of things

You mean the Walmart employees who have to grab the carts, right?
It’s okay. Cop parking is usually closer than the cart corrals anyway.
